Are you a good programmer

How can we say that we are a good programmer rather than our lead. Simple always try to make the theme which u r designing will have the better look. This will be copied by our lead, So, don't only think about the themes and skins think about internal coding just place the commenting for each and every line which will help you and really gives a good response from others and the code should be aligned properly.

I don't care about the platform used... As long as the programmer finished it on time and the output is ok then he/she is good programmer... =)

No Wicky, dont think that completing the work on time becoz right now the we can get the different types of coding is available on internet. So, the code should be perfect. If he completes on time but gives with lot of errors its waste of all time. So, coding and perfectness should be there.

I said A good programmer finished it on time "AND" the output is ok then he/she is good. I didn't say "OR" you must satisfy both condition... finished on time "AND" output is ok meaning NO ERRORS... =)

Yes i agree with you, with out knowing the requirement the code will be disturbed all the times. But knowing the requirement how many r they follows the commenting. If we follows commenting the code the people who comes next to verify our code it will be easy to them to correct it.
