Have you tasted snake?

When I went home to our province one time, my relatives were able to catch a cobra. My drunk uncle prepared and cooked it then set it in our group... half-cooked! I tasted it and hmmm... so delicious! Do you like it? Snake is one of the exotic foods in the Philippines.

Whoa! I would never eat snake! No matter what they say that it is very delicious and nutritious, I would never eat snake, as long as I'm in my senses and I know that it's snake, however it may be cooked. Unless I don't know and it's served by people I trust, I may eat presuming that it's one of the foods we customarily eat.

All my life, I have never seen people eating snakes. But yes, I hear now of people eating snakes and are now served in big restaurants. Are we starving that people even eat snakes nowadays? For me, I will never eat snake. There are so many other foods available to eat anywhere. How could people dare to eat snakes.
