Yes. sony ericsson phones with voice is very nice and clear. I am very happy with Sony Ericsson. I now also use Sony Ericsson phones. try to get the GPRS setting in sonyericson official site it'll activate the setting on the phone then you have to call your provider to activater card GPRS setting

Yup, SE are really making cellphone more interested. They making cellphone as a walking entertainment. i never use SE phone, i ussualy use Nokia, cause Nokia have Operating system, something that i thing very usefull to add more application in my phone.

It may due to phone line Subscriber, but not in the mobile set. For all the mobile the setting the GPRS is same, might me the connectivity problem by the subscriber, and also you check with your mobile IC.
