What will make a girl look more beautiful "Cosmetics" or "Facial Surgery"...?

As lots of girl's are spending millons of money for their beauty by doing Facial Surgery and by applying Cosmetics but,what will make a girl look more beautiful? Give me your suggestion's on this topic.

Yes i agree confidence and personality also goes hand to hand,but now girls are spending millons of money on this cosmetics and facial surgery so that they look more beautiful.Do you think is it worth a peny?

Neither. We a resometime so raped up in our physical aappearnces we forget that one day we will be old, gray and wrinkled. Granted we could get a ton of plastic surgery to change this. But what really should count is what is inside. What does the heat look like.

Yes i do agree that what really count is the beauty inside ourself but in this century girls are spending millions of money so that they look beautiful and become famous.What do you think is it worth a peny?

I do agree the women have need or desire to spruse them selves up a bit. But being conservative and resonable of the amoutn of makeup and perfume is important. I think it is worht the money for makeup and such. But for plastic surgery, not one cent.

Yes cosmetics does make a girl look beautiful,but dont you think these cosmetics will do any harm to these girls in future because some cosmetics does contain alot of amount of harmful chemical's present in it.
