Burning Bridges

I have burned bridges amny, many years ago and still feel bad. I refuse to do it anymore. I have had people burn bridges with me, I think they must not know that my bridges are repairable, I like to forgive.

Yes I have done it. When I joined an insurance company as a insurance agent, I was quite lost and not sure of the new career, whether I will be able to succeed. I still had my part time job. When I set with my manager to discuss my future, he showed me all the pros and cons of this insurance industry. He said if I want to succeed I have to have faith in myself and him. To move forward, he said give up my part time job, cut all ends and put in full effort on the insurance job. He said by burning the bridge, I have no option but to move forward and he said that I will be surprised by my success. I did , I succeeded, Like wise I advise my new agents to do so. 90% eventually took home fat cheques. Cheers
