Framework for PHP

does anyone know Prado? its a framework using php but the script almost looks like vb so here i am wanna know if anybody uses prado or not then lets share your knowledge.but since i'm still beginner don't ask me yet! i've already ask at other forums but the answer is still not good enough for me.so i hope there are other who can help me. well come on 74650 member(this is big one for just one topic)
