Pregnancy can leave you with excess weight and more of that dreaded cellulite. Can you still regain your pre-mom smoothness?

a lot of women experience it,but if they follow what their doctors will say then they would be back as if they havent gave birth at all.mom's should be extra careful in skin care or they make only make it worst.its better to consult first to a professional before buying and using anything.

yes!!! you can... if ur talkin about the slim and trim figure then certainly yes... its only the metabolic change you dont need to worry about it... i've been into martial arts for 18 yrs now a couple o years ago i met with an accident and was im mobilized for aprox a year so i put up wait as much as 95kg's wel i was 70 but now i am back to normal in just 7 months i am 73 now...no special work out or diet.. just the simple plain diet but excess of salads and cucumbers and lemon in the diet.. try a glass of milk fat free with a bit of hiney daily...try green veg atleast 2 times a day..try takin the stairs try walkin a blok before you get a cab or try taking a public transport once a week..you will reduce and get that figure.. try olive oil and baby oil...take a glass of luke warm water before you leave your house...and u'll be as smooth as you can.

Well useing pure cocoa butter all over during and after pregnancy will help to prevent and/or fade stretch marks and help the skin to maintain elasticity so it will be able to shrink back to it's original condition. There are lots of products out now that promise to reduce cellulite. I am currently trying Nivea's Goodbye Cellulite.
