My bestfriend

My best friend is someone who is so alike with me at times (maybe because we've been together for 16 years now). She's devilishly angelic, humbly proud, intelligently stupid, simply complex - in short, she's an amalgam. She knows who she is and accepts herself, and I love her the way she is. ^_^

I used to have 2 good friends in the elementary but, we went to different schools in high schools and so we parted ways and never heard from each one since then. In high school I acquired another two and until now we are in touch. One was added when I was in college and so, I now have 3. The third one is lost to the breaking up of her marriage - we no longer see nor hear from her anymore for more than 5 years now. It must have been very painful for her when the husband took a live-in partner. The 2 best friends I have left, are about two towns away from where I live and we can see and talk, be reunited anytime we choose to. It feels good to have some very good friends for years.

well..we were friend since we were 8 years old..but we never realized that we treat each other as best friends till we turned 10..^_^ its a kind of friendship that stays even without frequent communication..and i am just so blessed to have a best chum like her..she understands my moods and makes me feel better about myself..she listens to me in whatever opinion i'm in.. and that is just great..she also corrects my mistakes which makes me learn..and i think that is what friendship is all about.. learning from each other..
