yes -he succeded-he gave the greek civilisation all arround the world-and all of the people of the countries he conquest were equal civilians-and he made an economy for all these countries with the same coins

as for as i know that he was not been able to complete his ambitious mission, because his army become so much tired of fighting that finally then were separated into different groups and finally he was killed in a battle and his courageus life comes to an end.
