I think that is totally depend upon situation. If you are not satisfy with your partner and you can leave him/her than its may be not wrong.. but for nothing,for enjoyment if you cheat somebody thats worst

What do you mean by relations. If it is an extra marital affair, I think one should not. One should be faithful to the partner. But if you mean friends, a man should have friends from both sexes, even after marriege. One should not limit it to family only. Its would be too boring life. Have some excitement.
