Me i believe that looking for a job here in the philippines is so hard ... because there are time that the employer descriminates the applicant ... Sometimes i dont know what are they really looking for??? The other says that they are looking for the people who can communicate well ... Me i dont know how to speak well espcially in English I admit that im not good in speaking english but the important fro me is i can speak english as a general language of the world..I dont know why most of the employer are so strict with the grammar ... and also the accent ..most especially if your going to apply as a call center agent... But when it comes to other countries especially the asian counrties e.g the japan and korean and also the western like the canada and america those countries are not so fluent in speaking english language they are worts than us... Im saying this because ive been expriencing these thing ive tried to talk to different people especially the foreigners .. they are not good in speaking english .. because i cant understand the words they saying because of thier accent ...But me as filipino they understand it and hear me clearly. Sometime im so thankful to those people because they appreciate my english ... Unlike the other persons especially filipino they are going to criticize you and down you ... That why they have trianing .. Ofcors to learn the people to speak the good english .. they are not giving a chance to prove that they can eventhough its quite hard.... So any comments abou this i want to hear it from you as soon as possible ... okey ... thanks and love yu all add me as your frends if you have time.. guys ..
