"The Number you have Dialed is not responding at the moment, please try later"

If u have a cell then the above sentence is well known to most of the subscribers. What is your first expression after having the message like that? Also having similar messages Like "The Number u have dialed is on another call, please wait". Can u wait for a long or just make other try to dial.

I would definitely hang up. Cell phone minutes are precious and this just seems like another tactic to get you to pay for more air time. I'm not sure what kind of plan but to hold the line a cellphone call seems like a waste of money. LOL They are milking you.

that's a weird message. im more familiar with 'the number you have dialed is unavailable pls try again later'. i mean the number i dialed is not expected to respond, that's the job of the person on the other end. but i get the point. when i hear that i just send the person a text message, email, or some other kind of communication tool.
