Breast refusal

My second child is 6 months and after a difficult 6 months of breast feeding (in particular the last 4 weeks) she refused to breast feed during the day unless I express and fed her with a bottle. Now I can't express at all and for the last 5 days I have had her on formula. This has been very difficult for me for a number of reasons emotionally and for health reasons. Mostly I am just so sad at this loss. Any advise would be appreciated?
