hey guys here is a serious discussion as i know everyone faces such situation at least once in his/her life so share your feelings and tell me what will you do if someone comes to you and say"I LOVE YOU"

When you are ready for the responsibility that entails when you respond to the "I LOVE YOU" and most importantly if you love that person too, why not go for it? But if you don't love that person and you are just happy that he/she said I love you then reflect first if you like that person to be with you forever.
