Im besides myself right now. I have the WORST neighbor in the world. We were great friends and we have kids the same age. The problem is she is very jealous of another girl who I am friends with and basically gave me a her or me ultimatum. I choose the other girl and now my neighbor yelled at me in the middle of our street in front of my three year old son. Our husbands work together and we live SO close to each other that its so umcomfortable to even sit outside. Im considering moving. For now I just try and ignore her the best I can because I think shes mental but is there any other way to handle this or should I just let it go and enjoy my life the best I can? Thank you.

I say let it go and relax, have fun with your kiddos even outside! You don't want to let her crazy atttitude keep you in your house all day! If she does say anything to you just ignore her adn say you don't want to fight in front of your kids, if she starts yelling just go inside and don't give her a reaction. Good luck!!

I would have to agree with the others that have psoted so far. You need to just keep living your life. It was unfair of her to try and force you to pick friends and from the sounds of it you made a good choice.
I would just continue to play outside with the kids and if she came out smile. Don't egg her on with dirty looks or nasty words. Just be careful that you don't fall into her crazy behavior, I am sure you know the saying misery loves company.

I think what you're doing is right. Just ignore her and try not to let her get to you. Don't let her intimidations force you to move or anything like that. If she starts yelling and ranting when you're outside, just go inside the house. You don't have to lower yourself to her level and do what she does. I know it's hard cos' you want to be able to spend some time outside with your child when the weather gets nice and all. If so, I would just go to a nearby park.
