BOSSES can be dominating, no doubt. But if domination turns into insecurity, jealousy and oppression you might see yourself unhappy in the happiest of work environments. Result? You made to work late every weekend, not because there is a genuine need, but simply because you have a socail life and your boss doesn't.Learn to identify your boss type and beware!

You are 100% right.I had a district manager at E.B.Games that was jealous of me.When I stated my ranking at the store was all the way at the bottom,then I moved it up to #2 in 2 months.His boss liked me and would let me change my store around the way i wanted.He would come in and make me stay late to chenge it back the way he wanted.Then his boss would come in and make me change it back.It was horrible.I had no time to myself.I finally quit and now work for myself.What a relief.

Thanks for your response...Its nice that you have shared your person experience.But it was a Bad Boss i guess. Jealousy and insecurities are most common among bosses expecially when their employees ar favoured by everyone else.An insecure boss tries to rule over anything good happening in your boss is older. They become very childlish and don't realise that they have had their share of 'mad' fun when they were younger.
