What should we do to reduce stress during examinations???

When it's near examinations, you must not worry so much. Make sure you get enough rest, sleep, food, and get a little exercise too. It's not good to study and study without any breaks. If you feel you have a lot to study, better make your goals realistic. Divide your time wisely for study and rest.
If you are really tired and your migraine is acting up, I suggest you call it a day and go get some sleep. You'll feel refreshed and reenergized the next day. Therefore, you might be more alert on the day of exam. Keep your head cool and if you like, listen to music to calm you down.

well there are a lot of techniques to calm down the stress and tension , it can be done by meditation and yoga which soothes the hormones down and also be confident and dont fear the exams like hell , until and unless you have not been studying the year around you might find it a tough phase .

u should not keep on studying the whole night......
try to have atleast 7 hours of sleep during the exam time......
do yoga or meditation for sometime......
they really reduce stress......

Your fair may not be because of your unpreparedness but rather shows lack of confidence in your ability. Way out:
1. pray before start writing anything.
2. do not take the exam too serious at point of writing it.
3. after you have prepared, believe that you would pass the exam.

i'd suggest you not to study the day before. just some glances, but don't review totally as it would stress you out. relax. enjoy the day. just don't party yet. c",)
