Dating someone who's not your type

hahahahah - This picture just looks like the guy I have dated before who has a funny face. It made him interesting though, just funny as it is. But sad to say, I only like him as a friend. Nothing more than that.

Dating that I mean here is simply dating somebody else who is not yet or not your girlfriend or boyfriend. Have you tried dating somebody who's looks are not really your type? Or let's go straight to the point. Have you dated someone who, for you, is some kinda ugly or who has a funny face?I once had this experience. He was actually a suitor of mine before. He invited me out for dinner. I agreed because even if he is not actually my type and not handsome at all, he had a sense of humor. And so the story goes. Til I was finally attracted to him. But sad to say, I never realized I have fallen in love with him. Til I finally decided no to commit any love relationship with him. He looked very nice with his funny face, but he just wasn't able to win my heart. How about you?

I am with a man who is not my type, perhaps that is the reason I did not fall in love prior to dating him, I dated whom I thought was my type. My cousin has been married for over 20 years he was not his wife's type, but she got to know him through circumstances that caused them to spend time together and they fell in love, 2 kids, and and more than 20 years later, I guess not my type sometimes is. IT really does depend on what is important to you, if looks are what is most vital to you then you may find that you will always be clouded when with someone who doesn't match those looks, but if who a person is, has greater importance then what they look like could be what draws you to them intiatially but who they are is what will win you.
