Hillary Clinton. The Clintons know how to surround themselves with the right people who know how to work together and get things done. It was proven when Bill was in the White House. They did so much to help THE PEOPLE as apposed to themselves, which is nearly unheard of in politics. The earned income credit has saved countless single parents and families in general. They didn't just trow people off of welfare. You work, you take care of your children,do the right thing, you get a nice little pat on the back come income tax time. Anyone who takes on the job will have a hell of a mess to clean up from the republicans, I wish them luck.

I also choose Hillary, although I do like Obama and Gore too. lynne3 has given the perfect response, and all I can add is, I second it.

As a New Yorker and a woman, definitely Hiliary. She has done so much for our state and it will be a tough loss for us, but I can't imagine the things she can do as president. I am a huge fan of her direct approach as I am that way myself. I hope that she wins !!

To be completely honest here, I am still clinging to the hope that Al Gore will run again...I got so excited when watching the Oscars and I thought he would announce he was running...but alas, it was a joke. There is still a chance he could run. But if he doesn't then I guess I would be okay with Hilary or Obama. I think Hilary has more experience not only with politics but the being in the white house. I don't know if that is a good or a bad thing. Probably a little bit of both. And Obama...I wish he had waited another 4 years to run, because he is still very new to politics so I'm afraid that it might hurt his chances with some. But at the same time he is a breath of fresh air that we desperately need right now. I'd vote for Al Gore if he runs, but if he doesn't then Hilary and Obama will have to duke it out for my vote...but right now I'm leaning towards Obama. I still don't like the fact that Hilary hasn't admitted she made a mistake in voting for the war. So I guess we'll have to wait and see...there is going to be a lot of people who remain in the middle until we get closer to the election, because they are both very strong candidates.
