I am tired of the cold and snow. I will be so glad to see spring get here and that means one thing: the beginning of yard sale season! I have a list of items that I know that i want to look for at sales this year and I can't wait to get started.

lol never thought about spring being yardsale time ...thats a good one ...but I do love yardsales and we have gotten together and had one already this season ...let me tell you the people came in droves ...the earlier you have one the better ...but I too am looking forward to going to them ...we just just never know what we will come across ...another mans junk is another man treasure for sure in the yardsale business... BTW thats a good idea to make yourself a list of things you need before going ...I am bad about forgetting what i need until i get back home ... :D

I'm looking forward to them mainly to get new clothes for DS, and some new toys for the yard. The stuff that's just too big for ebay, but is cheap at a yard sale. Gotta love that! It's fun to just browse too.

SPRING IS HERE! Yes, that was me shouting it out loud. We had the most beautiful weekend. Sunny and not a cloud in sight. Spent most of it shopping for plants and other things for my yard. And a few new skirts and tops for the warm weather. I haven't hit a yard sale yet because I feel the need to clean out my house before buying new things. It's time for some spring cleaning!

I'm looking forward to spring and to yard sales. I like rumaging aorund through stuff and finding bargains. I don't like having to haggle over the price, so I usually pick yard sales where everything is clearly mrked with prices.

I can't wait either. Where we live, there is a sale somewhere most every day of the week. My toddler and I will hit them this summer. We will have one too, to get rid of the things he's no longer using, just to get new or, new to us, things for him.

Yep I love yard sales- I always look for antique stuff. I love to find a great yard sale and really work on pricing- If I see something I want- I always try to get a lower price- Its just fun- Every year me and 4 friends have a huge yard sale- It's neat to see the people who come. Make a little extra cash-- My daughter even helps out 1 day- and everything she takes down she gets the money for- SO it's a great way to get her to hoe out her playroom each year- Last year she made over $50! Each year we go to a town called Gonanda, NY-- they have town wide yard sales.. Its about 45 mintues from my house- But its a great nice more richy section- I find many great finds here- I'm letting my daughter go this year- Its alot of walking but she is 10.

I can't wait for spring. These last few days have been great. It actually got up to 75 today! The yard sales are right around the corner. I can't wait. I love to go out and see what kind of bargains I can find. My boys love to go with me. They like to see what they can talk me into buying for them. I don't mind taking them though because I know that when I find that great buy that's really heavy, they can carry it to the car for me. They are 13 and 14 so it's nice to have them along for the lifting.
