Have you ever been stopped by the police ?

Maybe one day you drove too fast, or another day you did not see a red light... And then oops the police was after you and stopped you. Did you manage to get out without a ticket? Or did you just listen carefully and accepted all the blame without any complaint?
I never got stopped, I always try to be careful but of course I am not perfect so that may happen one day ...

I have been stopped I did get out of it and I did get a ticket, so obviously I was stopped more than once.
Though for anyone that knows cars well knows that the ticket was intended for the corvette that was in front of me. I thought I was pulling out of the way of the cop car when he pulled up behind me and gave me the ticket.
Any one that knows cars would think that a 7 year old ford wagon was not going 80 miles over the speed limit, when the speed limit was 25.
I guess the guy was close to going off duty and just wanted to fill his quota had a young kid at the wheel and figured he could do what he wanted, my speedometer didn't even go up that high.
