any one tell about pay pal

It happened the same to me when I was registering on paypal, giving a credit card wich had no money on it. My credit card is rechargeable...(Italian postepay)

If you are not behind in your credit card payments, you should call your bank and explain what Paypal has said. They should be able to help you. Usually, Paypal is very easy to deal with, so it is probably some kind of mix up with your card or your regular bank.

You can still register without a credit card. The problem is that you will not be verified. The common problem is that their are tow different address one on your paypal is different from the one your bank has. All the information must be exact and match in order for them to verify the credit card and your account. You can still open a paypal but a lot of places will not pay into your paypal unless it is verified.

If it is paying your card has been denied it usually means that your credit card has been maxed out and you need to pay the bill on it.
