If someone asked you for money on the street, would you give it to them?

Generally I prefer to give money to charity, but therre is a homeless guy in our town who plays guitar in the high street. He plays really well and I always give him some of my loose change, simply because he earns it by playing.

That's awesome.
I remember when we use to go downtown to our local "nightlife" area, there use to be a homeless guy down there that was always friendly and would wear these mickey mouse gloves and ears. He would NEVER ask anyone for money but would graciously take it when given. And of course, we would always give to him when we went out.

i would give if i see him look hungry or if there's really valid reason like physical disability or really old aged. otherwise, i won't.

I might, it would depend on my mood. It would also depend on if I was alone or not and what I thought the person would use it for. If I thought they would use it for food or clothing or something then like, then i probably would give them a couple bucks, if I had it.

It all depends, when my heart tells me to give, then I just give. When my heart tells me not to give then I just don't give.
I have nothing against those people, it's just that I believe it's better to give from the heart (of course the money comes from the pocket) than not giving with an excuse that you would give to the proper organization (while infact, you probably forget to do it).

That's very true. The bible teaches us to give with a happy heart then not give at all.
