Daycare payments driving us crazy!!!!

I am tired of being told that I make too much money to receive help with paying for daycare. First let me start by saying, "I think daycare facilities are taking advantage of parents with their outlandish rules and guidelines." Firinstance if your child is out sick, you still have to pay or if you are late you have to pay an enormous late fee. Daycare is on bill that has to be paid or the parent can't work and the daycare owners know this and continue to get away with enforcing ridiculous rules and regulations. Is anyone else tired of it like me?
