can we verify paypal account using hdfc bank - netsafe card ??

This discussion is for Indian users. I was thinking over to open a HDFC saving account so that I can use their facilty NETSAFE card in order to verfiy my Paypal account and then receive paypal payment ! I would like to know whether this can work out ?? has anyone tried it ?? Please throw some light on this topic and enlighten me ..... thanks in advance !
