so...I just caught my third cold of the season. what bath products or cocktail would your recommend to ease muscle aches, cough and congestion. I did use party on shower jelly in my shower this morning, and I couldn't even smell it! I was thinking marathon bbs...what do you think?

I love hot java, I only have two left hidden in my stash :( I can't decide whether I should use one while I have a cold or wait until I'm better so I can smell it and enjoy it more! They're amazing cocktailed with a little piece of marathon though, or even with christingly for a cinnamint bath, that would be awesome for a cold!

Along the same lines...how about using "party on" temple balm like you would the vicks vapor rub.
Marathon might be good, with a post bath Wiccy magic muscles rubdown. Or maybe some "Woosh" shower jelly? Also, anything with mint, like ice blue, or freeze, might help.
I wish LUSH would make a bath bomb that was speical for colds. Just pop it in the tub and wait for your sinuses to open :-) Those would sell like hotcakes in the winter!
Feel better!

It depends... when I get a bad cold I alternate between sweaty fever and cold chills- for the former I'd use christingly bubble bar and ice blue soap, for the chills a hotter bath with marathon bubble bar and a sliver of wiccy. And I'd brew some ginger root and honey tea to sip while in the bath, that always cures my sore throat and cough!

I'd definitely go for marathon for your bath. Sounds odd I know, but rubbing Wiccy Magic Muscles on your chest and neck will help, I get bad chesty coughs quite a lot and I find this helps, especially if you use the aduki bean side to give you a massage while you take some deep breaths. I love how multi-purpose Lush stuff is!
