how many filipinos are here?

i checked on the users by location link and there are a lot of filipinos here, just wondering if your actually in the philippines or are you abroad? there are a lot of filipinos in online communities like this, according to some books filipinos like to communicate a lot and i guess new technology has helped us a lot.

Proud to be Pinoy here. I'm from Nueva Ecija and currently working in Kuwait. It feels good to find a filipino community @ mylot. Keep posting, keep in touch and good luck to us all.

I'm working here in Kuwait since June '06. Huh - that means 3 months more and I will complete my one year. Time Flies, Indeed. I just joined mylot recently, you can see my post.. see - sweet 50 :)

I totally agree with you. We sure do like to communicate a lot! I am from the Philippines and I am actually in the Philippines. Proud to be 100% pure filipina from the Queen City of the South --- CEBU CITY!

Wow! My grandfather's family lives there, not in the city but in Argao. They're actually so many of them there. The beaches in Cebu are just awesome.

Mabuhey! Noypi aketch atcheng!;) Well, I'm from the beautiful province of Cavite, a 45 min. drive from Manila. I've been here for almost 3 months, and I think this site really helps us all filipinos to get to know each other even from those who were abroad. I get to know more of them, befriend them and exchange thoughts also!;)

Yep you are right there buddy. I used to actively blog on friendster but no one ever responds or comments so finding myLot really is one helluva fun thing for me. Lot's of filipinos too. I've been trying to convince my friends to join in but i guess they'd rather blog in peace and poverty hahahaha. Got a lot of friends from Cavite, well, actually about 3 haha. ;P

I am filipina but born and raised in the United States. My dad is from pangasinan(sp?) and my mom is from banayoyo(sp?). The only time I've been to the Philippines was when I was 2 years old. I remember a lot of things when I was there too.

pinoy ako!!! isang professional tambay from pampanga. I guess filipinos really are friendly, i've been to taiwan before and, just like hongkong, you could see groups of pinoys around public venues every sunday. So, kahit saan mo dalhin ang pinoy, may samahan pa din.
