is titanic real story

The ship and the sinking were real, as well as many of the historical characters in the movies (Molly Brown, Jacob Astor, etc.) Jack and Rose and their story, however, is fiction.

no the story shown in titanic is obviously not a real story... just fiction...did u not read that in the start of the film ?!

The ship sinking is real. it happened in 1912. It hit an ice berg and went down. Jack and rose are fictional characters to make the movie better they made a love story. It was a nice touch.

Of course it's a true story. Pretty much everything in the movie was true, even many of the characters.

yeah i think everybody does know that fact! But i don't think that the Part2 of Titanic is still part of the real story of it! Have you seen the Part2 of the movie Titanic already? Actually, when the 1st time i saw the trailer, i cant believe that they did a part2! It was just like OMG! hahaha

there was a beautiful and huge ship named titanic in which two youngs jack and rose became lovers but the nature caused jack to die for rose.this is a real love which is shown by the nature. love is a gift and when you devote your life to the one you like its like theres nothing between you,this is very nice!

Ya the story of sinking of Titanic is real but the love story shown in the film is not real. The Titanic hit a huge iceburg and holes were made in the ship and it sank this everyone knows.
