Vending machine death

Odd but interesting trivia what is your source?

Yes, I wouldn't be surprised. I work at a college and there are vending machines all around campus. I can't tell you the times I have come upon students attempting to shake free an item that has hung inside and not fallen down to be retrieved. They will have the entire machine tilted! Once the machine gets you off balance and you fall, it does weigh enough to crush a person! Most of them actually have a visual warning on the front of them that shows a person being crushed but folks still attempt to maneuver them!

That is so weird. I dont think that I have ever heard of anyone dying from a vending machine falling on them? Are they all in the United States or is this worldwide?
