Hair rebonding, good or bad?

Well i go for hair rebonding at least once a year because my hair is very curly and hard to be managed. Well I'm doing it because it looks good on me but most importantly I'm doing it because easy for me to manage my hair. But in long term rebonding might damage your hair so what do you think?
