Most embarrassing work moment?

ah...this happened during good food month. I was in a meeting with a senior manager who loves food as much as I. We were discussing places to go to for Let's Do Lunch and I said I like Yoshii the restaurant and wondered out loud if the lunch special was to be any good. Anyway, my bf booked it as a surprise for me one Friday. So I was patiently sitting at the table waiting for my bf to park the car...when who walks in but the partner in charge of my business unit and that senior manager! To make things worse...I had sent out an email saying that I was occupied during that afternoon! And being the intimate restaurant Yoshii is....they were seated RIGHT NEXT TO ME............:banghead:

Standing, giving a presentation and then introducing my president. I could not think of his name which was Outley. So I said and now I present the "great doctor" we all know and love. Strangers in the audience did not know that I forgot but the entire staff did. What a moment that was!!

I was running late to open up my store that I was managing. I didn't have time to iron my clothes, so I popped them in the dryer, waited a few minutes while I drank some coffee, dressed and went out the door. For a few hours at work, I noticed that customers were just staring at me. I went in to use the restroom and realized why-I had a pair of orange polka dot thongs sticking to my leg! They must have been in the dryer and clinged to it while I was being a lazy ironer.
