I'm a member of both. I posted a quickie article a couple of days ago and I've managed to rack up a whole four cents. Not exactly big bucks, but it's nice to make money while I'm not really doing anything.

I have been a writer there for quite some time.I have been paid via paypal many times.Now i get regular money out of this site too.

Although I haven't made enough for a payout yet, I have earned on Helium. I know it is a respected site since one of my college instructors originally suggested it to me. The way they pay is based on the rating of your article. It has to be in a top ten spot for them to pay you for it. Basically, you write an article, then you rate articles. If nothing else, it is an outlet for your creative genius.

Yes, writing here is not as time-consuming as writing for Helium, but at Helium, the articles will keep earning for you indefinitely. Here, you get a couple cents for your response and that's it. So, you have to look at it from a longterm viewpoint.

What kind of articles do you write at Helium, Tacoman? Been there 1 month and have made $23 bucks. And how many links do you have to your articles, if you don't mind my asking, because I have well over 100. It's the only way to make anything there, and I'm still dissapointed with the payout because they split the money they make among everybody who writes on the same topic.

Yes I am almost at the minium payout with Helium and found the best way to earn money quickly is writing at least three or four short decent articles a day, mainly on topics that people is really interested in and from their you can watch your money accumulate. HK is pretty good if you want to have a little change in your pocket.
