Do you use body lotion daily? When do you use it?

I want to know when you use body lotion. Do you use it every single day, say after coming out of the bath/shower, or do you use it first thing when you get up/last thing before bed? If you don't use it daily, how often do you use it, or maybe you hardly ever use it? Do you just use it on your legs, or just your arms, or always all over? I have to use it every single day after my night time bath/shower becuase if i don't my skin is too dry (i suffer from eczema you see!). I use it all over, though i have to get my partner to do my back as i can't reach!
