I recently had a friend direct me to www.save.ca. It's a great site. You can go through the lists and lists of coupons they have there and order the ones you want. You get them about a week later in the mail. I've only got the one batch so far but they save you more than the coupons you normally find in the papers.

You are lucky to be living in America as there is a brand new programme officially launching on 15th March, but a discount card for saving money on all kinds of shopping and restaurants is already available.
The grocery coupons will be available by downloading from the site very shortly.
Also, if you join and tell you friends how much money you are saving on your shopping (which you are already doing)
you will get a $25 bonus.
Take a free look http://success71.myworldresults.com
Good luck., email me if you need any help.

I use coupons ALL THE TIME!! We dont bother getting every paper, just the Sunday paper which is theone that has the best and most coupons in it...also you can print coupons from online BUT not all stores will take them...look for in store coupons, swap coupons with friends or co-workers etc etc....You really can save a decent amount of money by using them espeically if you can work your coupons into the in store sales etc....Also I've read that if you call the 1-800 numbers that you find on the package/box and ask them for samples or/and coupons they'll usually send them to you..I've not tried that yet but plan to

It really depends on what you're buying. I find Sunday papers are the best when it comes to coupons. I try to use coupons wherever I can but I find that for most items that I buy, there are no coupons cos' I buy a lot of fresh stuff...fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, etc.
