In every thing we do there are pros and cons. This also holds rue when it comes to conflict. Its easier to spot the cons of a conflict but it takes time to see the pros of it.
Freinds quarell and later make up with each other resulting to a stronger bond. Even history shows that conflict brought about by invasions by empires speed up the spread human civilization and culure to different regions of the world.
Take note, it is essential to view a conflict in an impartial and objective manner to determine wether a conflict is a positive or a negative because if your bias, it will seriously hinder you in fully identifying the pros and cons of a conflict.

No conflict no adam or eve. No human if no conflict. conflicts proves the birth of a generation of fool or genius . Even fool men can prove the conflicts easily by short cuts. No conflicts no wealth i can say . Might be positive also there should be some hitches then we have create the conflicts to remove the hitches. Am I right.

My thoughts on this: Conflict can either be positive or negative depending on the person. Conflicts can be used as tools to help you grow as a person and learn more about the person you're in conflict with and at the same time learn more about yourself. So it depends on how you handle conflicts and what you learn from the conflicts you've had. (",)

As we all try to aviod conflict, it can be a healthly experience because it teaches us how to deal with problems and issues that arise. If we didn't know how to handle problems this world would explode so to speak. Theres a difference between reading something and experiencing something.

I don't think conflict is ALWAYS negative just most of the time. I think people just need to look at the good in things even if it's a conflict and try to take on the other person's view of the situation to better understand their anger. Sometimes conflict brings people closer together even when extravagant events occur.
