Any kind of tickets, may be a movie show or may be a flight,, do u use online booking sysytem for these things, do u trust them.
Well i dont trust it and i always feel if there is a broker to deal with who will take all the responsibilities and hand me over my tickets, dat would be much better.
I know it costs me a bit more and i wanna get rid of it,,but still i m scared to make a start.
Do u use online sysytems often, how confident and trust worthy it is ?

I use the internet to book tickets quite often. When I book flights, I usually book through expedia.com or travelocity. I often get my concert tickets online, however the service charges can be quite expensive. I also have bought movie tickets online, but only once. I've never had any problems with buying tickets online and I find it very convenient to buy them online. I feel quite confident with the ones i have used in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used expedia.com and it has seemed to work good for me and others, I do purchase a number of tickets for events on line I find that I find them cheaper and end up with alot better seats.I know I also purchase from ebay and you just need to do some checking on places to make sure that they have good reputation ...just use common sense and check things out and I think that you will find it kinda fun and interesting.

I always book concert tickets and book my holidays online. I have been doing it for years, especially with holidays and I have never had a problem. I always use the same holiday agent as I know I can trust them and I can print out my tickets and reservations after I have booke them. The tickets for the concert hall are usually left at the cash desk for me with my name on them. I would be reluctant to use an agent that I have never dealt with before and I wouldn't give my credit card details to them.

Yes I have booked tickets online for both family, friends and myself. I have used this for flight tickets, train tickets and also bus tickets in the past.
We usually book flights online once a year, just domestic flights but it so much easier to do online. As for train tickets this is usually a few times a year and again it is easy to do online. We have never had any problems so far booking tickets online and they have always been delivered well in advance of travel date, the ones that are posted out to you that is.

Hello Humasafarmandeep, this is an interesting discussion. I know there are still many people like you, never take the first step to try online booking, be it a movie ticket or flight ticket.
For me, I have started using online purchase tickets few years ago. At first I only buy movie ticket online. It is so convience that you can book the tickets in advance to avoid long queue buying tickets at the cinema.
Then I use a low cost airline in my country which the bookings can only be made by internet, else you will not get the low fare if you buy the ticket from the site office. It is good to buy online flight ticket in which you can check all the flight schedule online.

I'd like to book things online but I think the same like you...I trust the broker or people who I can talk with and have some explanation. Buying things online could bring to have problems later. In Italy at least there is no convenience in booking tickets online...it's the same price, so I prefer to buy them from real people!

I have bought concert tickets online, and tickets for other events. I have used ticketmaster. So far, I haven't had any problems. I haven't booked any flights. You do pay more, with shipping/handling, but it's easier.

Yup! Right from my Cinema ticket to Flight ticket, I book it online. I am very confident on the vendor and I always use to best vendor to prevent cheating. I always book my flight tickets online and I was never cheated by anyone. I am really thankful to the technology which has reduced our time at large.

I regularly books concert tickets, train tickets, coach tickets and movies on line and have no trouble at all. You book, you pay, you get your tickets.

I've booked tickets online for my brother and his son. They wanted to see eminem so I booked and he couldn't come so I had to change the booking as 50 cents (I'm not sure if that how its written - sorry it it's wrong) came instead. It was easy and I think under the circumstances it made all the changes easy to do as well.

Yes I have and I do. I have purchased several airplane tickets and then I print them out at the airpoet. I also have purchsed concert tickets. I have used online stores and bought many items and have never had a problem with rip-offs or scams. I have heard horror stories, especially when it comes to Creidt Check websites that don't stop charging your bank account or credit card though.

Booking or buying online is not that popular in my country. There aren't that many sites of my country where they are selling tickets to movies online or providing the booking services online. I have seen about one site where we could book tickets for movies to the top cinema hall of my country and when I tried booking in that site it had stopped the online booking system because of the abuse.

I book flights online, as it quick and works out cheaper. If I am going on apackage holiday, I would usually just go the my local travel agent.
Cinema tickets - I purchase these in the cinema because I have an unlimited card which i pay monthly through the bank, and can then go to the cimena as much as I want every month.
REgarding booking tickets for concerts, this depends on the actual show as it I think it is a good act and will be sold out with in an hour, I will purchase the online as this can be the quickest.

I have been booking everything from plane to train to movie tickets online for nearly a decade. I've never had a problem, although I have had to use the 'contact customer service' on more than one occassin to clarify details before I felt comfortable booking. I think it is always a good idea to read the details very carefully, and be doubly careful when entering your information, especially with plane tickets.

I've booked airline tickets online at Spirit Airlines website. I've done it several times and never had a problem with it. I've booked hotels online but then later I always call to confirm that everything is okay. I don't want to get there and then find out they never received my info.
