Would you do if they paid you over 10 cents just seeing Ads online?

One day one of my friends told me we can make extra money through reading Ads sent to you by email. Firstly I have not impression that, but he told me he really get money from paid-to-read email. So I join several famous paid-to-read website. Actually I found my balance is about 10$ after joining it one month. Because I have no time to call for referrals, So it grows slowly. Everybody, Do you think what the best way to make money online is? Would you do if they paid you over 10 cents just seeing Ads.
