Have any of you experienced guild drama in world of warcraft or been kicked from a guild and felt you were wrongfully kicked? What's your story?

I had my fair share of guild drama when I was in a guild in Dark Iron. I was young back then and really didn't have a grip between reality and role playing. Now, whenever a guildie puts on a drama show, I just sit and watch while eating my popcorn.

Sit back and eat popcorn? Nice. Yeah guild drama is lame but some people seem to actually want it!

For me it's just a game and if that kinda thing happens I just do nothing or get out of the guild. Sure I try to help out a bit but it doesnt seem to work in most cases and I end up being ignored or shut out since I'm just a member. Good thing BC is not that guild dependent anymore..well at least for now.

Guild Drama seems to be just another part of the game. We have an aged guild on Medivh of about 170 toons (110 accounts), whenever thnigs seem to be going along smooth, drama rears its ugly head. I alway take the exact same position. ITS A GAME! If something is bothering you so much that you need to create a big stinking pile of drama about it, either quit or go play somewhere else. If you have been wronged, our guild will take care of you and make things right, if you are jsut complaining because the way we do things bothers you, hit the road, both of us will be happier in the long run. One last thought on the subject ... ITS A GAME !!!

Yep. Some sadly don't seem to see it that way. With my experience, I've had too many guild leaders and officers that didn't see it as just being a game. It began to no longer be fun and they almost wanted it to become your job. My guild was never a raiding guild. They claimed we can do whatever we want and didn't have to raid. I've seen people kicked from the guild cause they didn't want to. How sad. Ah well.

I experienced "guild drama" with my Warlock. It was a great guild that was destroyed by it. I suppose it is to be expected to a certain degree..but that doesn't mean I have to enjoy it!!

Well... one day someone wispered me and he asked me to sign his guild's chart in order to start a new guild, and I said yes. I signed it. After two days the guild master left the guild and after him everyone else. At the end of the week I was the guild master of the guild, the only member and I couldn't leave -because I was the guild master!!! i spent a lot of hours/days in order to find how I can leave the guild. And I am wondering: Why the guild master leave his guild one day after he started it? It is funny ....

i'm from a large guild on eu-stormrage server... we've had a lot of ups and downs, but the biggest 'drama' has to be when our raiding team decided to up and leave by telling everyone the guild was disbanding (a blatant lie) and to join their new guild.. they also tried taking all our loot from the guild bank - some people eh!
its quite funny now tho as their new guild's name is latin for "the real pain"..which a lot of the people who left certainly were to us!

I wasn't kicked out wrongfully but I have been sexually harassed in a guild at one point when everyone but one guy was online. What a jerk. I mean, seriously, you are an f*ing drawf or a undead, or whatever.. that person should have something better to do.
