is wine is good enough for a developed culture/society? what do u think about wine in any sense?

well i dont even drink it...bt acc.to many people's behaviour i can say that it's just for celebration in their style.bt if anyone dont have this...then i dont think there's so much need of this.anything can be used for a cheers.
