What is the meaning of star's colours on myLot?

I'm confused and I don't know what the meaning of star's colours above our avatar on myLot? There are green, red, purple, white. I just don't get it. Can someone explain this to me? Thanks

Once you have posted 100 responses you get a star. They range from 1-10, if you move your mouse pointer over the star you will see a number like 99/100 this is your rating.
