wind speed recordings for southwestern ontario for February 07

my 7 yr old needs the wind speed averages for the past month for our area for her homework. I have tried searching the net and being as inadept as I am I have come up with where to buy instruments and music recording artists and am frustrated beyond belief!!!PLEASE! somebody direct me to a site!!!Thanks in advance,a desperate mom!!!
