Well if a guy is going for a girl that is 13, that is just pedophelia. Older guys find teenage girls attractive because they are pure and untouched and men always have that fantasy of being a girls first and only lover. Older guys who seek out relationships with girls under 18 are typically perverts who want a girl who is easy to control and predict. I remember how stupid some girls were in highschool when they would brag about having a 25 year old boyfriend. They'd claim they were "too mature" for highschool boys. It was just sad that these guys would have the girl thinking SHE was in control, when she was really nothing more than an illegal sextoy to them.

I think it's about power and control. It is disgusting. They want someone they can use and manipulate because they don't understand relationships. They're messed up in the head.

It is certainly wrong for older men to be going after such young girls in this day and age. However, evolution has built in an interest at a subconscious level for girls as they become fertile (at around that age). That doesn't excuse anything inappropriate, but it's a biological fact.
