Respect others

Any one may have his/her own problem(s). A certain small problem for Mr.X may be a big problem for Mr.Y and may not be a problem for Mr.Z. I think one should not critisize him/her because of the problem or even asking why he/she has that certain problem. This can be questioned as no critisizing means no caring? I think first put a distance, ask first if possible for you to care about, if the responce is positive then try to propose possible solution if you can. This is another kind of respecting others. Any comment please??

This would be simple for all the people in this world..
"Respects others if you want them to respect you more."
Coz if you really dont respect other people, don't be surprise if they will not respect you back!
