How did you know if your boyfriend is faithful with you?

Hi...please give some advice, if how can I know if my boyrfiend is faithful and honest, or serious to our relationship, co'z everytime where go out for a date his always late or he have so many excuses when he can't come If I invite him into a dinner... co'z even when I tell him "i love him" he never even reply on me that "he love me too" instead he kissed me... do you think he had another girlfriend? Do you think I have a mistakes? Or did our relationship working?

To know whether your boyfriend is honest and serious is only YOURSELF. You can see and feel how he treats you and faces the relationship. Time will prove it, and every women has voice of heart that can feel whether he's cheating on you or good for you. If he doesn't say "I Love You", it won't prove he doesn't love you. Perhaps he's not romantic person, as me. Perhaps he proves it by acts.
