Somebody please explain the payment ways

You get points for starting a discussion like you have here and also points for responding to a discussion started by another member. If you make a quality response and get a 'best response' from the member who started the discussion, that is more points. The same applies to a positive (+) rating and all of these points add up to what you earn. If you reach minimum payout during the calendar month, then you are paid in the middle of the following month but if you don't reach minimum payout then the amount just carries over till the next month.
