it is ssuggested by so many health consultants that walking is helpful for everyone then how many miles do you walk.
do yopu walk daily??
do you cover enen a littile distance by vehicle or u prefer walking?
i always prefer walking , i use to walk as i get time in my laun
iwalk for 1 to2 miles each day.
ithink it's healthy to walk it strenthen ur legs &it causes a balance for ur health ,
star walking u will really start loving it.

Yes I love walking and also jogging. walking and some other medium exercise makes our metabolism strong and keep off many disease from us by walking we can reduce our diabetes also.

Yes walking is definitely healthy....I have recently startd walking daily ....when my son plays in the park I go for a walk.....It really becomes interesting and enjoyable if u find a partner to walk with.....I have made few friends in the park and I walk with them....we share our joys ,sorrows and daily happenings....and we seem to forget that we r doing some form of exercise.....
I prefer walking short distances...rather than travelling by a car...
