Boss's attitude problem

Oh, If I had somewhere else to go, I would scoot right there and then, but if there's nowhere else at the moment, I might be forced to hang on just a little bit. My boss isn't like yours. He doesn't shout or send folders flying, but he has practiced workplace nepotism...playing favorites, eh...and something that gets under my skin every time.

For me, u have to look pro and cons. I think the most important here u need ask urself back. Are u willing to work with full hearted and like to see her all the time? If you don't better find another job. If you like to work with that kind of bos, go on. You will get more experience. Better stay , if you can't stand that lady, say goodbye to her.

Sheesh! Sounds like madness! Depends on what sort of environment you work in, but if your boss has a boss, or line manager, or whatever you want to call it, you should report it to them to address. If it's something you can't handle, and seriously, no-one should have to, I'd leave. Find another job, and go.
