Well I generally use my PC, but for business purposes I like only Dell laptops because it is more cheaper and reliable than other brands.

Well, the best laptops in the market are probably Toshiba and the new Hewlett Packard that can swivle, that looks good too but both are relatively expensive. I myself use a Dell notebook. It may not be the best in range but it is reliable and I think the price is just right. You can buy one off their website and customize your own preferences like upgrading to a 1gb ram for free, add bluetooth, buy mouse, add webcam (for some models) etc, longer warranty...and they usually have cash rebates too. I suggest you to buy a DELL Laptop. Its performance is good, not good but excellent, you can go for 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 256MB nVidia SLi Onboard Graphics for all purposes like gaming, photo editing, networking, etc...... Otherwise you can also go for a Lenovo Laptop, the same configuration but the same configuration in Lenovo will cost you more. OR You can buy an hp laptop at the same price or slightly up or down at the same configuration. Dell gives warranty of 3-4 Yrs Lenovo gives warranty of 2-3 Yrs hp gives warranty of 2-3Yrs Now its your choice which one you wanna go for. it depends on what you will use it for. There are brands best for graphics, for reliability, etc. I have chose Toshiba laptops, aside from thumbprint security, they also are shock resistant & spill proof. but mac is also a good brand
