Should Paris Hilton Spend Time in Jail?

Watching the news tonight, and seeing Paris Hilton in trouble once again. First it is a DUI, and then her license is suspended because of this but, she still drives? Should she spend some time in Jail? I feel she should do what any normal person would have to do. 90 days in Jail might just bring her off her I can do anything chair. So, yes I think she should spend some time in Jail.

It is sickening how money and fame gets these people out of trouble most of the time. She should be made to abide by the laws just like anyone else, I think jail time is in order here.

Most of the time they do get away with things we wouldn't have. Hopefully she gets a judge that wants to say oh no you don't.

Paris Hilton is one rich kid. She can get anything she likes. She can do anything she wants. She's famous. But I think she really deserves it if she spends some time in jail for all the wrong things that she has done. Atleast, she will learn her lesson.

I hope she does get that opportunity to learn her lesson. 90 days without a cellphone, without makeup, without friends, can you imagine? I bet her attorney is trying to get her community service, and no jail time. I guess she didn't understand the judge when he told her that her license was suspended because of a DUI.

I think that she should. just because she is famous dont mean she can do stuff that the normal person does and not get in trouble, she is no different then any of us. if it was us we would go to jail. She needs to be stopped before she ends up killing someone.

I am glad they pulled her over, and she did get caught. Now, she needs to pay the price. Who's laughing now Paris?

yes I do if it were any ordinary citizen theyd already be there the only talent this girl is famous for is the one for being in trouble she is a spoiled rich brat!besides she will look so good in an orange jump suit dont you think???

She should but I don't think there is a chance she would no mater what she did. I think at most she would get a suspended sentence and a recommendation to enter rehab. You would think she would have a driver, for god's sake.

Her driver must have been busy that day. Maybe she felt she could look all pretty, and talk her way out of losing her car.
I guess she will use a driver now.

Yes, most defiinetly she should spend time in jail and I feel that 90 days would be good for her. NOt in a jail like Martha Stewart either, but a real jail. If she was my daughter or son , she would be in jail. She is a spoiled brat!!!

Yes I think she should have to suffer like any other person. I also think they need to break down on all the hollywood underage drinking.

You know I didn't really realize that was going on until seeing I think Drew Barrymores story. Why aren't these bars, clubs, ect. fined or something?. A place caught giving to minors should be fined. Why are they letting this go unseen?
Are richer kids or famous kids just allowed to do whatever they want?

That is a good idea, some type of community service. Not just picking up garbage, more like taking care of people who had drunk driving wrecks.

We all know how powerful hiltons are. =) i mean if they can bail they can. not being bias with the situation it would be best that she should spend some time in jail. (this would be scandalous and fun to watch.. outsted britney spears)hehehe but i guess with this kind of offense im sure they can pull this off. =) cheers

True, then again they did take her car away. Watching it be inbounded, and her on foot. I could see the Judge because of interest in her he make it known even rich people have to serve time.
Could you imagine her in bright orange maybe? ;)
