I just want to make a survey on people if you reply to the topics started by those who replied to your topics. And what makes you decide to reply to those topics, aside from gaining more money? what makes you decide to ignore the topic instead of replying?
i hope that you reply to this.

If I can relate to the topic or I feel I have something to say I would surely give my response. I don't respond to discussion only because they once replied to the discussions I have started.

Yes, the one who replies to my topic, I try to reply to his/her discussions also. The reasons is simple, if our interests are common, then we will reply to each other's discussion. I only reply to those topics on which I have some knowledge or am capable of replying. It is practically not posssible to respond to each and every discussion started by your frineds on Mylot. Money for me is secondary, I am least bothered about my earning. I am here to learn new ideas, experiences and thoughts.

i will try to reply as much as i can that's all. as for those who i do not reply is probably either too much to reply or some topics that the people never made an effort to reply to me by using short wording like "yes i will" or" no i will not" then i will not reply also.

Personally, i try as much as i can and if the topic is of something i can relate to, if the topic is interesting and i have a background on it, yes by all means i do reply with passion but if its something i couldn't make sense of then i don't. I don't wanna waste my time typing stuffs i have no idea of, it wouldn't make sense. If the topic doesn't interest me at all then i don't reply.

yep, it's better not to say anything rather make a long senseless dialogue since it does not pique your interest. i also think that if you have something to contribute to the topic or give a sensible advice, you should by all means post a comment. but, if not, better not waste your time on it.
happy posting!

i often do. but it all really depends if the topic is something i am interested in or if i know that i can contribute to the discussion. i don't just reply to a discussion if i don't have anything to say really. i think that would be unfair since i will be earning but won't really be contributing that much to the discussion.

I try to. But it gets pretty difficult, with the large population here at mylot. So what I do is try to look at the topics my friends started and pick those that I feel I can contribute and try to respond to those. It's hard to keep track of all the people who respond to your posts, unless you add them as your friends.

i make responses to all topics i have started if i have more to say something about it. i go for quality and not quantity. if the response to my topic is a bit more off-hand i just ignore it.

i sometimes do. it all depends on whether i find the topic they started as interesting or not. obviously, i can't reply to their topics which i don't know anything about. i don't feel an obligation to respond to someone's topic just because he replied to my own.

I feel happy and grateful when other respond to my topics. So I think they also feel the same when they see my feedback to their response. Thats is why I never ignore but sure to reply them. What is yours opinion on this topic???

as much as i can, i try to post a comment on the topics of the one who replied to my post (a) as a matter of courtesy, (b) as a way of expressing my gratitude for taking time to post in my topic, and (c) to help answer queries. some topic starters really need advices and opinions on matters.
happy posting!

Usdually, yes, becuase i figure that if they've replied to my discussion we must have at least one similar interest, and that therefore they'll have posted some discussions i'll be interested in. So, as i like finding easy ways to find topics of interest to me, i often check out the discussions those people who have responded to my discussions ahve started, if i find them interesting enough.
